President Mahama to Hold Presidential Media Encounter on September 10

President John Dramani Mahama is set to host a Presidential Media Encounter on Wednesday, September 10, 2025, at The Presidency. The event will begin at 8:00 p.m.

The media engagement will provide a rare opportunity for President Mahama to interact directly with Ghanaians through accredited journalists, addressing a wide range of national issues. Key among the topics expected to dominate the session are his Resetting Ghana Agenda, current government policies, and progress on ongoing projects.

According to a statement signed by Felix Kwakye Ofosu, MP, Spokesperson to the President and Minister for Government Communications, the session will also allow journalists to put forward pressing questions on matters of public interest.

Participation in the encounter will be strictly by accreditation, underscoring the structured nature of the event.

“The Presidency looks forward to a productive and engaging session with the media,” the statement concluded.

This encounter forms part of President Mahama’s efforts to maintain transparency and deepen accountability by opening up dialogue with the Ghanaian people through the media.
